The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Guests Staying :

• All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
• Check-In time is 1 pm and Check-Out Time is 12 Noon ( Rest Depend On Resort to Resort ).
• Early check-in charges: To guarantee a room any time prior to 9 am, 100% of the 1st night charge will be levied. To guarantee a room any time beyond 9 am, 50% of the 1st night will be levied.
• Late check-out charges: To guarantee the room any time beyond 5 pm, 100% of the previous night’s charge will be levied. To guarantee the room any time up to 5 pm, 50% of the previous night’s charge will be levied.
• Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam and the spa therapies are available only to guests who are of the age of 18 years and above. However, those under 18 years can take part in other scheduled activities like yoga, meditation, treks and use of the swimming pool.
• Therapies to be administered as well as the diet plan will be decided after the holistic health evaluation by the team of doctors and nutritionists.
• Consultations with Doctors, Consultants and Instructors, other than those covered in the Treatment Package will be chargeable.
• Indian Rupee rates applicable for Indian National Permanent Residents of India, and US Dollar rates applicable for overseas guests.
• Cancellation policy applicable.
